Guyton is a native of Brandon. In 2021 he graduated from the Automotive
Technology program at Hinds Community College in Raymond. While he was a
student Guyton worked as a Lube Tech at a local Chevrolet dealership for
real-world experience outside of the classroom. He also took on a
multi-month project of installing a turbo charger on his 1991 Camaro. The
Camaro was Guyton's first car since the age of 15 and he learned a lot from
working on it, including an engine swap. Guyton credits his first exposure
to automotive mechanics to his mom who he dubs the "ultimate
do-it-yourselfer." Currently Guyton drives and works on a 1996 Ford
Mustang. His goal is to get it ready for drifting, a motorsport judged
according to the speed, angle, showmanship, and line taken through a corner
or set of corners on a racetrack. Guyton has two cats named Beanie and Tommy
that he rescued as stray kittens.
