Kathleen joined the Paul Moak team in 2012. She is a native of Meridian, MS, where her father spent his career in sales management at a local car dealership. Kathleen is an alumna of the University of Southern Mississippi has lived in Madison ever since she graduated from USM. Kathleen has one daughter and two grandsons.
Alex began selling vehicles at Paul Moak Honda in 2009. He is a native of the metro area and grew up in Clinton. Alex and his wife live in Brandon with their high school daughter. Alex has a love for animals and five pets that keep him busy.
Jerome lives in Clinton but is a native of Raymond and also lived in the city of Jackson for 25 years. Jerome and his wife are the proud parents to four adult children and four grandchildren. Jerome worked in automotive parts and sales for 28 years before giving car sales a go. Jerome joined the Paul Moak team in 2017.
DiAnn has worked at Paul Moak Honda since 2005. Originally hired to work in receptionist and cashier roles, she quickly found a talent for advising service customers! She and her family lived in the Delta for 19 years before moving to Brandon in 2000. DiAnn and her husband have two sons and two grandsons.
Betty has been the receptionist at Paul Moak Honda since 2006. She and her husband Charlie enjoy spending time with their adult son and daughter-in-law, especially an annual trip to the Smoky Mountains!
Troy is a native of Utica and continues to live there today. He joined Paul Moak in 2012. Troy is married with two daughters and one grandson. His favorite NBA team is the Los Angeles Lakers.
Randy was born in Jackson but grew up in Pelahatchie, MS and has lived there his entire life. Randy began working with automobiles in 1977 and has been the Paul Moak Parts veteran since he joined the company in 1982! For fun Randy enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, cow farming, and hunting.
Megan joined the Paul Moak team in 2013 and has years of experience in the automotive industry and customer service. She and her husband have one son. Megan is currently working towards her bachelor degree in business management with a certification in global supply chain management. She is on track to finish in spring of 2024.

Allison joined the Paul Moak team in 2021. She is a native of Bolton and has lived in Jackson for the past couple of years. Allison is a proud aunt to an adorable niece and has fun spending weekends with her sister and niece. She also enjoys interior design projects.
John Scarbrough has 20 years of experience in the automotive industry having worked in every department of a car dealership. His role is to work with departmental managers to continuously improve the customer experience across the entire dealership. If you have feedback you can always contact John directly. John and his wife Jeanne live in Jackson and are proud parents to three sons. John is currently Chairman of Friends of Children's Hospital Board having volunteered at the hospital the past 12 years. John and his family are members of First Baptist Church Jackson. He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
