Got oil changed during COVID-19 precautions. Dropped off car without having to have any personal contact. Car was ready when they promised & I was able to pay & pick up remotely. Interior of car was protected in plastic & sanitized. Positive experience.

  • Paul Moak employees will wear face masks when working within six feet of an individual.
  • In our service drive, roll down all windows to allow your vehicle to begin airing out.
  • Please use our service aisle trash can to dispose of all trash, Kleenex, etc. inside your car.
  • If you prefer to come inside, please do. If you prefer to stay outside, call 601-914-3561 to reach a service advisor who will gather your information over the phone and provide instructions on next steps.
  • If you prefer to wait on your vehicle, you may enjoy our outdoor waiting area.
  • Communicate your service needs to us by phone or text
  • When your service work is complete, you may pay online or by phone.
  • While working on your car we will wear gloves and use disposable seat and steering wheel covers.
  • Pick up your car and never enter the dealership
